Hand in hand with Héctor Infer, founder of Transform Action, who accompanies Leaders and Organizations in their Transformation in Spain and Latin America will share his extensive experience and provide Models tools to carry this transformation forward. Héctor is also a Parnter and Global Trainer of Barret Values Centre -UK.
Carolina Gutierrez, Stefanini’s Agile Manager, will share with us the keys to agile methodologies at the service of transformation. Carolina is also a specialist in Project Management and Scrum Master.
In the workshop we will have the opportunity to learn about Cultural Transformation based on Values, the benefits of agility in organizations, providing tools that help us drive change and achieve the strategic objectives of the organization.]]>
